Waited in the "lobby" but no one greeted me. Someone eventually came in to offer water or coffee. The interview was really relaxed but the founder was constantly on his phone while I was giving answers so I don't know how much he cared. At some point he invited the production manager (that was leaving) and the creative director. Everyone was very nice and the questions aren't too hard.
