Weatherford College interview questions

Two steps in the process. They call you in a phone interview first. Then, you can be scheduled for a Zoom or face to face interview. Afterwards, they run a check on you.

The Director sat and detailed what she was looking for for well over an hour. She also explained what my responsibilities would be. She then called me in to interview with other members of the team to see how they liked me & if I would fit in with their “family like environment”. She then called me that evening to offer me the position, at which time I declined.
