I actually really liked the interview process. I had 4 interviews. After being hired I was talking about it with my co-workers and they described it like dating. They want to get to know people before they're hired to make sure they'd be a good fit. I had a phone interview, an in-person interview, a lunch interview with some people on my team, and then a lunch interview with the VP of our department. I thought it was beneficial for both of us.
