The panel interview consisted in showcasing a startup and defend its idea as you were its founder.
Even though there were multiple interviews, the process was rather quick (approximately 1 month).

It was good, the people are really nice. The interview is extensive though, 4 interviews in total, and one of them requires a preparation. But it's a fast process, 3 weeks in total I would say.

The interview started with the recruiter asking about my knowledge of the company. She then provided an overview of Websummit, detailing its mission and the specifics of the role I was applying for. The rest of the interview consisted of various questions about my background, skills, and experiences relevant to the position.
