Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WebFX in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was absolutely ridiculous for an entry level position. I had to do 2 applications, one phone interview, one written interview, and one in person interview I had to do over Skype, which was 2 hours long. The interview questions seemed repetitive at some points. I feel like they do this to a lot of people, where they get them to apply and then take them almost through the entire process and then do not send out an offer, because I have heard of many other people who have had the same experience as me.
Very lengthy process. I had numerous rounds of interviews. Had to complete 2 personality tests. Went through 4 or 5 rounds of interviews before being told that there were currently too many applicants. Took about 4 weeks of interviews to receive a "no."

Interview
The Interview process was about 4 interviews with a lot of questions about your personality. They said they really only hire entry level and promote from within. Have "offices" all over, but they are actually just used as meeting spaces.

I applied online. I interviewed at WebFX (Harrisburg, PA) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was bs. I went through 4 interviews, including the initial phone interview, written interview, and 2 zoom interviews to not be offered the job. I might as well gave them an arm and a leg. Not worth it unless you wanna waste 2 months of your time waiting to hear back with all positive feedback the entire time.
