I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WebLinc
Interview
Interview process was friendly and casual, but there was a gap between the hiring manager's vision and the team's practices. The process moved quickly, and the company was communicative. But the process didn't provide enough exposure to the people I'd be working with, and the salary offered was below market rate.
This was a multiple interview process with Orderbot. The first was with a personnel consultant to get a sense of my expectations about the working environment and company culture. It was followed by an online interview with the sales manager to get a sense of my tech and sales background. The third interview was a demo presentation of the platform to give me an idea of what I would be selling. The next step was supposed to be an interview with one of the firms' founders, but they then went silent on me with no further communication, despite a follow-up email. This seemed quite unprofessional and disrespectful, given the time that I had committed to the process.

Question 1
Their main interest seemed to be how I would fit as a team member.

Interview
Don't waste your time interviewing with this company. All these positive reviews are totally fake and is the job of an internal employer. People with 2-3 years of experience are the leads in their projects, which sensible company does so? From my interview process I have understood that they hire only internal candidates- employee referral, nepotism is at the best in this company. Wasted my precious time interviewing with them. If you have a sibling/aunt/relative working for this company then you'll be hired, external candidates are a big no no.
