      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WebPros in Aug 2025

      Interview

      I had the impression that the interviewer was not prepared and did not actively listen. To my utter surprise, she had no questions which could reflect my empathetic side or nurturing relationship and when enquired about what could be the next interview contain, the answer was " Anything" After the call I had the feeling that I wasted time even though I was super excited to talk to you guys. I still don't know, because it wasn't mentioned when the person introduced to me. Name was mentioned, but nothing about the role. However, I had the feeling that the interviewer wasn't even interested in getting to know me and my experiences. We could be done after 7min, because no context to the company or role was given and max. 1-2 questions asked. It's a pity that I had an experience like this as while Webpros boosts of inclusive interview practices. I felt she was biased and interview was quite one-sided with her smirking, which left me uncomfortable. Considering, she has been in your Team for a very long time, candidates do expect you to be humble and reciprocate the way you would like to listen. Questions were not impressive and very open-ended and not sure, how they reflected my Talent Acquisition experience.
