I was asked general legal questions about the firm itself and their position in the legal field.

Interview
Was an interesting and unconventional day of activities and interviews. Was 1 of 16 other candidates there, some tasks are group work and some individual tasks. I’m not sure what they look for, as you get a response within 24-48 hours. I got rejected before 24 hours even though I didn’t think I did badly
It’s more like a conversation. There are no tricky questions. They want to gauge how you will work with others and your willingness to learn. You are interviewed by a panel. You have to take charge of the interview, set the tone. Furthermore, be prepared to be challenged on your answers, it’s just a way to see if you will stick to your own answers or if you are easily swayed.
