I aplied for the position in Reed, it took almost two weeks until they arranged an Skype interview with two members of the company. The recruiters where nice but the interview did not last long and they did now gave me enough time to respond the questions.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Webcertain in June 2014

Interview

I had a Skype call with 2 recruiters of the company. They mainly asked me if I had experience in preparing reports. One of they concerns was that at that time I had never visited York and asked me why I wanted to move. Their instistance on the matter made me thonk that they were worried that I could have quitted my job shortly after being hired. I was asked about my then current salary and my salary expectation.

Thank you for your interview review. The standard process is to undertake Skype interviews initially - that's to make sure that neither side is wasting the time of the other. Then the qualifying candidates - ie those that most closely match the profile of person we're seeking, are invited to York for face-to -face discussions.
