The owner and another processor met with me and asked me a little about my experience but mostly wanted to know if I had kids, where I lived, if I was married! Very unprofessional

Met with owner and other processor who is called an Operations Manager but she's a processor who orders supplies. Was asked where I live, what lenders I've worked with, if I was married and if I had kids(they wanted to know if I could work a lot of overtime pretty much)
