The process was smooth and transparent, one of the better processes I've been through. Clear timelines and expectations. I applied on the website the day of the posting. Over the next few weeks I had a call with the recruiter, 30 minute Zoom with the hiring manager, assessment project (propose framework in 3-4 slides), and the final team round (3 interviews, 30 minutes each). I had a great experience across the board. Took about a month from application to final team rounds. All indications pointed towards a coming offer, but I was informed that hiring for the role had been frozen right at the finish line. Feedback and a debrief were offered, but not followed through upon. Bummer how everything finished, but so it goes. Seems like a cool company regardless.
