Webqlo interview questions

I was given a Python assessment to complete within 3 days. The task was to read an Excel file and extract information into a JSON file. I spent several hours working on it, only to be ignored by the interviewer. It has been a month since I emailed, and the interviewer has not even had the decency to acknowledge the time I spent on the test. The company should at least inform candidates if they are moving on to the next round.

Interviewed at November 2023. Only made it through the first round with the coding assignment. Took roughly a few hours to do it. After returning the solution, just got an email saying that I was not being considered, even though I personally felt my solution at least warrant a personal interview. The company should not give out assessments that take a significant time unless they are at least keen on hiring the person. Give some coding challenges or other alternatives to assess suitability for the role, and long assessments afterwards.
