I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Webs (Washington, DC) in Sept 2011
Interview
After meeting the company at my University of Maryland's career fair, I was invited to an in-person interview. The staff was very nice, but unfortuneately they were looking for someone with more immediate web skills and less potential-for-learning. I am self-taught in web technologies and had not brushed up in years and thus was not applicable for the position. However, I think if you really did know your web-technologies then this would be a great place to work. My interviewer even gave me tips on what to do for my next interview. It was a decent experience for my first ever interview and highly recommend the company to an individual who knows web skills like the back of their hand. I was shown a sample of a forum, and from the top of my head had to do HTML,CSS, JavaScript, etc code for it. I'm not used to memorizing lengthy code!
