WebstaurantStore Shipping Manager interview questions

Initial interview went great & I was excited about the possibilities of working with a company with the same ethics & culture of which I was raised. The second interview was via Skype & the interviewer appeared to be preoccupied, consistently looking above the screen which was distracting, unnerving & uncomfortable. I got the sense that even though my experience was extensive in this industry, which they readily admitted, my age played a major role in their decision not to continue with my application. Now they will not consider me for any positions. Very disappointed!!!!
