First step was an initial phone interview. The second step has been a in-person interview with the department manager and team leader for the Italian speaking team. The first part was a traditional interviewing going through my previous experience, skills and expectations. The second part was a problem solving practical test

Then, despite of calls and emails, the company did not send me any feedbacks.
