Met with Hiring Manager and Customer Service Manager during the first interview. Basic interview questions. Nothing too difficult. A week later I met with the Sales Manager and HR Department Manager. Again, basic interview questions.

Got a call to schedule a telephone interview a day after I made an application. The telephone interview lasted about 40 minutes. The lady was courteous. They promised to call back for an on-site interview. I am still waiting

Interview
After applying, I was scheduled for a phone interview and subsequently an in-person interview. All interviews were about 20 min tp 30 min and very thorough. The questions were well though out but not impossible and the interviewing manager was very nice.

Scheduling - you are expected to work night, weekends and holidays. That was tough to address while having a family.
