It does take awhile for your online application to be viewed because it is such a popular place to work, if you know someone in the store or on the corporate side they can really help to get your application to the top of the pile. It also depends on when you apply and their needs for employees. If you are flexible with where you work it helps

easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
