I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Cherry Hill, NJ) in June 2012
Interview
My first interview was over the phone and it was really quick and simple. It seemed more clarification rather than actual interview questions. The next round was an in-store interview where they asked the real basic interview questions, i.e. What is one of your biggest weaknesses. As it was an entry level job, then they just asked about availability and things like that.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a long list of tasks to do and how you handled it.
2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
