The interview process began with a phone interview. Next, the HR manager contacted you via email/phone to set up a time for a second interview. The second interview was in person with the HR manager. The HR manager will then contact you via email or phone again to set up a third interview with a manager or team leader from the department you applied for.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
