After an initial application submission online I was invited to an interview at the store I applied to. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was mostly behavioral. The store manager and the HR rep conducted the interview.

They value loyalty and employee retention. They threw me off a bit by asking what my specific goals were with the store. How long I planned to work there, positions that seemed appealing etc.

2 stage interview process, first a phone screening followed by a in person interview. It’s giving usually by two HR reps and takes about thirty minutes to complete. All the responses are documented.
First a phone interview then a in person interview with usually a manger and HR rep. They ask a lot of question about your personality to see if you're a fit for the company and a nice person.
