I applied online and then received a phone call from the hiring manager. He asked me some basic questions over the phone and it was a simple phone interview. In the end, he asked me when I could come in for a face to face interview. That went well. He called me back within 1-2 weeks and told me I had been selected for another interview. I went in again, took a tour, had another interview and left. They called back and asked me if I accepted the job. I said yes and worked for a year. The process did not take long at all.
