General questions regarding abilities to problem solve, independent work, and ability to keep order of store funds and associated cash earnings. Overall the interview was conducted prior to the store opening so many of the interviews were held in an office space. Good environment of the interview and was hired on the spot.

Interview
The process begins with a phone interview. If everything is well, Wegmans will ask you for an in-person interview. Wegmans will then follow up with a confirmation or a denial phone call. If hired, then a background check will take place, which takes about 1-2 weeks to complete.
