I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets in Aug 2015
Interview
They emailed me two weeks after I submitted an online application requesting a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes with pretty basic questions, however my interviewer was very quiet and was hard to hear at times. The interview seemed to go okay, but my interviewer didn't really give any indication of if she liked my answers or not. About a week later, I got an automated rejection email and that was the end of that.

Interview
I submitted an application online and got an email a week later requesting a phone interview. They just asked basic questions during the phone interview about why I would be a good fit for the job and why I wanted to work at wegmans. A few days later I got another phone call where they asked to set up another interview over microsoft teams. That interview mainly consisted of questions about what you would do if so and so happened, and teamwork. The next day they called and offered me the job.
