Spitfire questions it’s being recorded. It’s seems the job is really open only if your availability is very flexible. The interview process seems like many different level of intensity. They are really looking for anyone who wants to grow and potentially promote from within once you’ve been there long enough.

Interview
The process took about a month. I applied online, did a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. I was hired a week later. As long as you are confident and reliable person the interview process is a breeze.
