The interview process was strange. There was a typing test, multiple rounds of interviews with a varied group of people, and they asked me about my ethnic background. The CEO then made some generalized comments about my ethnic group's sense of humor

Interviewed with 2 managers and then VP of sales. The interview process was quite simple and they do not waste any time making an offer if you are qualified.
