First of all it took 2 months, mostly of silence on their part. It all ended up being a big waste of my time and added stress I didn't need. Leadership expressed great interest and made me feel I was a top if not the top candidtate. Ultimately I was led on (told I was the best applicant, giving me a wink and told I deserve good news) which I ultimately do not appreciate. I had to follow up after the 2nd interview. Was told an offer was going to be made (3 weeks ago) and then radio silence from them. Got the email today they selected someone else.
