I was hired thru a recruiter and HR. They have changed that process now and hire people directly. Very difficult to know who is in charge. My recruiter did a thorough interview, but now they do not use HR anymore.

I first met with nursing manager of department first and then had interview with administrators and then members of department and then the head of department and HR last interview.

Interview was with ancillary staff and medical attendings. I had 6 people total interview me. They never got back to me about whether I had the job or not. I found that to be extremely unprofessional and rude.
