Interview
The PI who interviewed me was very unprepared and didn't even know who they were speaking with. They were surprised to find that I didn't have much experience, even though they recieved my resume via email where I scheduled the interview. The interviewer then interrupted me in the middle of discussing my background to the cut interview short after only 8 minutes, saying that I wasn't what they were looking for.

Received an interview offer after following up on the job application via email to the PI. The PI was mainly interested in my relevant experience and hearing more about the research I had done in undergrad.

The PI I interviewed with was unprepared and didn't know who they were speaking with. They were surprised to find I had little experience even though they were hiring for an entry level position and had recieved my resume over email where I scheduled the call. Interviewer then cut me off in the middle of speaking about my background to end the interview by saying I wasn't what they were looking for.
