La primera más técnica, con la persona que sería tu jefe directo y el responsable del área.
La segunda con algún alto mando a nivel regional, puede ser una entrevista igual de técnica o sobre habilidades blandas.
Si pasas te invitan a una entrevista con psicólogo y exámenes médicos.

Not that hard ,quite friendly. They ask the normal interview questions, in a friendly way,they make you feel at home.They shared their business cards after the interview. They showed me around the shop. They told me of the future company prospects.

Interview
First I passed the HR interview. The I had technical interview. in technical interview there were no technical questions, 5-6 general questions. I wasnt offered the job, but they were still desperately looking . They were looking for people with soft skills rather than technical skills.

3 total rounds: a phone screen with HR, a video interview with the hiring manager, and a panel interview with the hiring manager and a number of employees. The panel asked a variety of questions about my resume and work experience, and they talked about their experiences with the job
