Weir & Sons interview questions

Not very organised, HR was even late for the interview not very impressed, process was relatively easy but the offer was below the market rate, so I rejected the offer

The whole process lasted for nearly two months, 4 interviews, 2 of them was conducted by the same people and same questions asked (it could have easily be completed in just 3 weeks. Interviews were postponed twice and a lot of waiting when I went to the site (they are not well organised.)
