Easy yet relaxed environment, almost like conversational a ice breaker was made and it was very easy thereafter. On the second occasion when I was asked to return the existing team (employees & staff) were present who could also ask and interview me to ensure a good match. At first intimating but shortly thereafter it felt very friendly.
