The interview process was over multiple rounds. First, standard behavioral, then an assessment, then multi step live assessment. Many questions were about specific scenarios that would likely come up in the job and asking you to explain your work and thought process.

Interview
The first interview is teams/zoom with the hiring coordinator and is behavioral. Following the interview, you get a "take home" case study with two parts. If you pass that, as I did, you move on to going in person to review your work and do a problem live in 3 more separate interviews.
I interviewed with Weiss Asset Management over the phone with a short phone call, which was very quick and informational. They said I would hear back shortly, but I never heard anything back.
