I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WelbeHealth (La Quinta, CA)
Interview
- Process was disorganized
- Interviews did not feel like they were well planned
- Job description was somewhat vague in terms of the specific job duties they want you to perform, which led to more confusion during interviews.
- Had a grand total of 5 interviews
- Did not receive any type of follow up after last interview, got ghosted

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward and moderately paced. It started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter to review my background and interest in the role. From there, I met with the hiring manager, which focused more on my outreach experience, how I build community relationships, and how I approach working in the field.
The final round included conversations with additional leadership, mainly to assess overall fit, communication style, and alignment with WelbeHealth’s mission. Questions were mostly behavioral and situational rather than technical, and the interviews felt conversational.
Overall, the process took a few weeks from start to finish. Communication was generally clear, though there were some gaps between steps. The difficulty level felt moderate, not overly challenging, but they do want to understand how you connect with people and represent the organization in the community.

Question 1
This role is very field-based. How comfortable are you being out in the community every day and managing your time independently?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WelbeHealth in June 2022
Interview
I was informed about the Outreach Specialist position by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The interview process was broken up into three stages: 1) Phone screening with the Recruiter 2) Interview with the Outreach Manager 3) Interview with the VP of Outreach & Enrollment and Director of Operations.
I came from a background of Community Outreach and I was explaining to each person how that correlates to the position. The Recruiter and the Outreach Manager thought I was suitable for the role. After having my last interview with the Director of Operations and VP of Outreach & Enrollment, they wanted a candidate with more of a traditional sales background.
