i applied online, a coupe of days later i was invited for an interview. During the interview i was a asked some fairly simple questions. After the interview i was given some time on the bar/unit to see how i felt working in the cafe.

Interview
Relaxed, had a go making drinks to see how it goes, mostly asks questions based on you and your cv so won’t ask questions that you’d struggle to answer - ie if it’s your first job
Group interview as well as an interview on my own. Can remember having to sell a product to the rest of the group. Make sure you are convincing and imagine you are speaking to a customer in the store.

Interview
The lady was very friendly and made you feel comfortable by having a small talk that eventually leading up to the interview questions. she also explained in detail for the questions asked so I could understand better and she was just nice relatable person to talk to.
