Welfont interview questions

The interview process was like none I had ever experienced. The company provided the most well thought out questionnaire I had ever seen. Very thought provoking and based on the quality on my co-workers I would say very effective. The personal interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and went in excess of three hours. However at the end of the interview I knew that Welfont was a fit for me and felt I was a fit for Welfont.
