WellCare Senior Manager, Network Management interview questions

Phone interview followed by two in person interviews on two separate days. Met with about three to four people from various aspects of Provider Relations and Contracting. General questions about contracting and provider relations experience, knowledge of reimbursement methods, years of experience, review of resume. Spoke about hospital and physician contracting, value based payments. Asked about management experience. Met with several director and manager level staff. Final interview wads with the State President of WellCare of New York.
