Very detailed and received great support from the coordinator and scheduler.
Interviewers were right on-time and provided great insights about the company. They were willing to spend extra time to give a fair chance
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WellSky in June 2025
Interview
Outside of the recruiting team, the company is very biased in their thinking and they do not like all rounders and have a warped view of retrofitting solutions than engineering for best practices. the leadership which interviewed me seemed pretty limited in his leadership skills and wants Director and Sr leaders who he wants to micromanage than resolve cross functional collaboration. Additionally they don't consider equivalent experience or perspective to bring in transferrable skills and how they apply towards the process and don't factor in community and ties to the local location where the company is based out of, they are not going to innovate more than Cerner or Netsmart did and with their slew of acquired software this will be year long patch than innovation as they don't want to hire someone to lead independently. I am writing this for leadership to consider changing these practices to alienate leaders in the community.
I have decided not to apply to company again outside of the recruiters who are really good, engineering and SLT have shown to be highly myopic, biased and high five their decisions internally.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WellSky (Austin, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
I had great experiences throughout the interview process on 4 calls from the recruiter, to the team managers even with the VP of Engineering but the last interview call not so much.
