      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellbox (Jacksonville, FL) in June 2025

      Interview

      Interview process included passing a couple online assessments. If you passed, then a recruiter contacted you for an initial interview. If the criteria was met, you were scheduled with the hiring manager. The interview process was informative and casual, was told I would be notified within 24-48 hours either way to let me know if I was selected. I waited more than a week before contacting them to follow-up, but email to HR and text / call (hiring manager gave me her #) were not returned. How hard is it to send an email or text saying, sorry, were moving forward with another candidate? That was very unprofessional in my opinion. I think I might have been purposely overlooked because they have 2 pay structures. I was very clear that I wanted to be a flat hourly rate - they implemented a new structure ($12/per hour + $5.75 per completed call, up to 2 calls/hr.) I said I wanted the flat hourly $20-$22. It's $20 for the first 2 months during training, then $22 after training is complete. They seemed to want to push the $12/hr., but anyone who has been in this type of position knows you can make 20+ calls and have no one pick up, not worth the $12/hr. for someone with a Nursing Degree.

      There were no specific questions asked on their part, just an explanation of the job and if I would be interested in that type of work. The last question was "What about our ad made you want to apply?"

Regarding our compensation structure, we want to clarify that we are not pushing one pay model over another. Both options are available to best suit individual preferences. The new structure is $12 per hour, $7.25 per completed call, offering a mix of base pay and performance-based incentives.
