I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wellington Realty (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
Initially a very standard interview process for the first round. Second round the Owner/Managing partner left me waiting for over and hour. No big deal that happens. The interview lasted for about 3 hours of grilling me on my accounting knowledge and the owner practically boasting about how difficult of a person he can be and past issues.
They requested my salary requirements which I provided, however, when I received the offer letter they low balled the offer by $20k per year. Their reasoning is that the "discretionary bonus" would get me up to where I needed to be. I promptly declined and they said they would discuss a counter offer but never got back to me. From what I can tell I definitely dodged a bullet.

Interview
Very formal interview- first step was a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview. I was asked to come back for the third round and then they canceled on me the day before my third interview.
