Quick phone screen, met with a hiring manager. I don’t think my background fit the job. Interview was 30 minutes long and heard back in more than a month which seemed unusual

First round phone interview. Second round - four 20 minute interviews at corporate office w/ mid mgmt and excel test. Process was very slow. Too much time in between first and second rounds.
