I applied for the position online, 3 weeks later I received a call inviting me to interview. The interview was done via Teams, 3 person panel. The interview was structured well with each of the panel asking a question, about 8 questions in total, some more difficult than others. It was a very professional interview, not very personable so unable to get a gauge on the personalities of the team members I would be working with. Was told that I would be advised of an outcome either way after a week. Eventually got the call in the week I was told that I would hear back, letting me know I was unsuccessful. Considering how bad the reviews are I wasn't too disappointed as it sounds like I dodged a bullet!
