One hour language assessment 3. 30 minutes Skype interview with an account manager from Welocalize and three team members from the client The overall interview period: 7 weeks The job requires working at a client site. The whole interview process was clear. Welocalize members were very helpful because they were passionate about finding the right candidate as a recruitment company competing with other vendors. It took more than 5 WEEKS to get the final result after the interview, even though Welocalize told me it would take 2-3 weeks. Probably the client wanted to collect and compare a large number of applicants. You will not get a result until the client finds a better candidate or you're the best of the remaining candidates. The earlier you apply, the more you'll wait. This isn't the recruiter's fault, but it frustrated me very much.

First quick call with the recruiter, two follow-up tests, final call with Vendor Project Managers. The first stage is quick, there were only a few hours between being contacted and having a video call with the recruiter, but then the wait after the final interview is long. They did not supply me with a timeframe because that's apparently sensitive information... They became non-responsive after that. My interview was on a Wednesday, the following Thursday I emailed them asking for updates, the recruiter replied to me on Friday that they would let me know by Monday, but they didn't until Tuesday - so about 10 days. Afterwards, I asked for feedback, and it's been radio silence since. Not what I expected from a "professional" company.
