Many of us might not be aware of this organisation, however, it comes with a great reputation in the linguistic domain. The overall interview experience was excellent, though there is no certainty of what the outcome would be. The interviewers were very polite and would listen to the response. There were in total 3 rounds: HR, Hiring manager round and finally a case study presentation.
Everything will look amazing and streamlined for the candidates. The most inhumane and irresponsible behaviour of the employer comes into picture after the interview rounds have been conducted. The position will suddenly go on hold without any reason. This results in a wastage of time: atleast a month for the candidate. The recruiter will drop an email stating that they will not go ahead with the role because of organisational changes.
It takes 30 days for this organisation to decide if they really want a candidate for the open position. Extremely dissatisfied and strange way of the organisation.
