I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Welocalize (Portland, OR) in Nov 2015
Interview
There was almost no interview to speak of. They tell you to sign your name and start working. The work conditions and benefits were also very unclear and changed from person to person. They also didn't test your language ability which is odd considering it is a linguistic tester. Overall a very swift, but unclear process.
The first interview was a phone call. Then an in person group interview. At the end we were given a very easy test. I think everyone I interviewed with got an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Welocalize (Portland, OR)
Interview
The remote interview process begins with a preliminary video chat, where we discussed my background and the role. We had a nice conversation about my background and my language skills.

Interview
The interview had questions about getting to know you and what kind of work environment you are comfortable with. It also entailed a small aptitude test. Nothing that anyone can/should study for.
