Weltman, Weinberg & Reis interview questions

Applied for a job and was emailed about setting up an interview. Set it up through their system and didn't hear anything else from them. When it was time for my inteview, the interviewer was several minutes late in calling and informed me only at that time that the position had already been filled the week before. I found out the position was filled the day I was asked to interview. Communication could have been a lot better. They ended by asking if I still wanted to interview for the position even though it had been filled.

She asked me a couple of questions. But I got a rejection 1 minute after the phone call screening. I don't know why they ask for office experience when they said that they will train you.
