Complet, simple, permet un vrai échange. Un moyen d’obtenir un feedback sur son rôle et les améliorations possibles associées. Entretien en remote qui peut faciliter la date fixée. Retour rapide et complet.

Got 4 interviews in total. Really caring process during which you meet
1) HR: profile fit
2) country manager: profile fit, agile questions, interests and culture fit. What experience you have in agile.
3) meet 2 coaches for a nice chat about their daily work
4) sales manager: for a last validation and culture fit. General questions about your experience with agile and how you could fit as consultant.
Overall process was quite easy providing you have some agile experience. Great people really friendly.
