Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wendy's (Kennesaw, GA) in July 2022
Interview
The interview was quick. They asked background questions and if I had any prior experience. They told me about the various tasks I would need to do as well. The staff were friendly, and I began working the next day.
Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
The interview was very unprofessional. The hiring manager who was interviewing me was very rude in rushing throughout the interview. After the interview, I did not hear back for several weeks until I called them again.
