Very fast and easy. I wasn't sure what to expect but the manager sat down with me after she called me in for the interview and we talked about what I could bring to Wendys. I talked about my previous employment and experience and she like what said.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
