Interview
The interview wasn't very professional and questions didn't seem related to the job. It was very hard to understand the manager. It took several minutes for the manager to come out before we finally sat down in the main lobby beside a very loud family having lunch to do the interview. It was very hard to hear the manager at times because of the family. I thought this was rather unprofessional.
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
