Didnt really like it they had me come back the day for an interview because they were low on workers, and after i took the time to go to the interview the next day, no one bothered to even contect me back the next day like they said they would to tell me if i was hired or not very unprofessional.
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
